OUR HOUSE IS YOUR HOUSE!
Located on the second floor without elevator of a typical house of Gracia of more than 100 years, it has no neighbors in the building, since the rest of the house is occupied by fashion designers and their workshop and they are only during the day.
The apartment with modern rustic style, has oak parquet flooring and high gable ceilings with exposed wooden beams. Loft type, the two queen size beds are at different levels within the same totally open space.
This little nest has been our home for 8 years and we want to offer it for you to enjoy as we have done as well as the fantastic Gracia neighborhood in which we were born and still living so that for any need it is easy to approach!
We are at your disposal for anything!

The Gracia neighborhood is a small town within the great city of Barcelona. It has a special, very familiar atmosphere, characterized by its squares, restaurants, cinemas, bars, and numerous children’s parks. It occupies a central location in Barcelona, close to Avenida Diagonal, Paseo de Gracia and Gaudí’s main works: Park Güell, Sagrada Familia, Casa Mila, Casa Batllo…
400 meters from the metro station L4: Joanic, and 800m from the station L3: Fontana. Many bus and tourist bus lines.

It has 1 full bathroom with shower and an independent open concept kitchen. The apartment has air conditioning and heating in the dining room and in the bedroom, high speed WIFI internet and TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hob, oven and microwave. Towels, bed liners, shower gel, shampoo and hair dryer are included.

Smoking and organizing parties or events are prohibited.
Respect the silence of the neighbors after 11 pm.
No more people allowed than those who appear in the reservation
Pets are not allowed.
Check-in after 2 pm with an extra price after 9 pm:
