A great apartment in a great spot, views of the park, close to the born, the shared roof terrace is great for an afternoon glass of cava in the sunshine, nd the hosts are excellent!

Xavier und Luna sind toll und echt lieb. Wir sind viel später als geplant angekommen und Xavier hat uns trotzdem richtig lieb in Empfang genommen und uns noch direkt Tipps mit gegeben. Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Lage ist wirklich perfekt.

We rented two flats in the same building for our team and it was the perfect place for us. A great location with a great shared terrace and lots of rooms for my team -- perfect. However, the greatest feature of them all? No keys! All access was done via key codes that were arranged ahead of time -- very very useful!

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was great- nice park, restaurant, supermarket nearby and we could walk to the beach and the old town. The check in went so well even though we came late in the evening. Louis was helpful and nice.

Trying to make us pay a security deposit outside of AirBNB a few days before our trip and break AirBNB's terms put a dampener on things and made us not trust the host. But they were actually friendly and very accommodating once we arrived. The apartment is in a great location and has everything you need. Would recommend but AirBNB needs to clamp down on the attempts to pay money direct as it is rife for disputes and makes what could have been a stress-free trip a stressful experience.

Convenient apartment for families with kids. Perfect location - near Born and Cituadela Park but far enough away to be quiet a family oriented. Living room is great with wonderful view of the park.

Everything was fantastic. The view from the roof top terrace is amazing. Very nice place to relax after a day of sightseeing and shopping. Perfect for family vacation. Easy check in and check out and nice to skip the key and only have codes for apartment when you are a group with different plans 🙂 Good location.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location was great - less than a 10 minute walk to El Born. It was even larger inside than we expected. Everything was very clean. The rooftop patio was a great view of the city and especially enjoyable at night. We wished we had more than 2 nights at this apartment.

Xavi is a very nice and attentive host, communication is fast and easy and the appartments are newly renovated and have a very ncie communcal terrace with a great view - the only downside is that it's locked after 11pm so you can't enjoy the Barcelona summer nights on it...

I would 100% recommend this place. The views were amazing. There is a terrace that you can access to eat or drink on. The place was a 10 min walk to the beach, 10 min to the gothic quarter and 30 min to Sagrada Familia. There is also a lovely park right across the street. Xavi was very quick to respond to messages and immediately fixed very minor issues that we had. Xavi was always around and even sat on the terrace with us for a drink. Again, I could not recommend this place anymore.

Place is clean, centrally located, and convenient. We stayed in a 2 bedroom rooftop apartment which was very convenient for a family of 4 with 2 full beds. Rooftop terrace for the use of all guests is an added bonus. The hosts, Xavi and Luna, were very helpful, pleasant and punctual. They gave us recommendations on restaurants and places to see. Even though you can walk to majority of the attractions, the bus that stops in front of the building or a block away is a great option, metro is 2 blockes away, and also taxi is a great option for shorter distances.

Excellent, central location, nice building and hosts are great with communication. The deck is shared with other guests and wraps around this apartment, so it’s not private, but has amazing views of the park. Apartment has all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay.

This apartment is perfect for a city break to Barcelona. The location, views, cleanliness and general hospitality cannot be faulted. We had a lovely time and this apartment is just brilliant. Would highly recommend and would return in the future.

Great location and awesome roof terrace

Xavi is a super host ready to help and with great hospitality, great advises and just super nice person to chat with))) Secondly the aria is absolutely best for living - many, many cafes and cool restaurants, nice and beautiful to walk around. The flat itself is cool designed and very pleasant place to stay in.

Xavi and Luna were great host. The location was nicely placed within the city so it was easy to get around. Xavi also took the extra time to help me get a cab to and from the airport which was a huge help because the taxi laws in Barcelona are tricky to understand for tourist. He was very fast with responses and had excellent tips for seeing the city. The loft was stocked with snacks, wine, even firewood for the fireplace for the nights that it was cold. 10/10 overall.

Charming family neighborhood with a wealth of restaurants, markets, bars, and shops, yet quiet for a good nights sleep. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Xavi spent time showing us the apartment and a map of the city. He had great recommendations. We have never had a host spend as much time giving helpful advice.

Xavi & Luna's apartment is an amazing place to stay in Barcelona! The location is perfect - close to all that Barcelona has to offer, but not noisy and crowded. Gracia is a wonderful neighborhood and we found our favorite place for tapas in nearby Plaza del Sol. Xavi and Luna's apartment is charming and comfortable and had so many wonderful amenities and touches, and they were a pleasure to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Xavi & Luna’s place was absolutely fantastic. We could not have asked for a better place & host. Xavi was kind enough to start by arranging a taxi for my wife and I from the airport for 40€. This was maybe a euro or two more than if we had just taken one ourselves but it was so much more convenient. A gentleman was there waiting for us when we landed holding a sign with our name. Xavi met us at the apt where he carried our luggage up for us and spent a half hour or so showing us around the apt and giving us a bunch of local info. He even had a map where he showed us everything nearby! His local knowledge was endless and incredibly valuable. The location is perfect, walkable to everything with a metro stop close by. This was the first leg of my wife and I’s honeymoon trip and we would not change one thing about this reservation. Truly an unforgettable trip. Thank you Xavi!!!

Amazing apartment with beautiful terrace in a great more local neighborhood of the Gracia away from the chaos of old town Barcelona

This is a wonderful flat in a great location. Such a charming neighbourhood with many nearby squares where people (and kids and dogs!) congregate for coffee, drinks and tapas. Gràcia is also a perfect place from which to explore many sites in Barcelona, many of which are a good walk away. The flat is also very close to a metro stop that is a short ride from Barceloneta beach. Xavi was a charming host with helpful suggestions on restaurants, etc. and also arranged taxis for us on our trip. A great experience and highly recommended!

Het appartement is echt heel mooi, perfecte locatie voor alles eigenlijk. Je zit op loopafstand van de kathedraal en park Guël. Je zit hier niet middenin de drukte met toeristen wat wij heerlijk vonden, er is een metrostation op 200m wandelen. Er zit een bakker in de straat waar we het lekkerste brood hebben gegeten en supermarkten en een versmarkt in de buurt. Wat ook heerlijk is, is het mooie ruime dakterras met buitendouche waar je heerlijk kunt zitten/liggen. Zeker een aanrader.

Xavi & Luna's apartment was the perfect place for us to stay. There were so many wonderful features but if I had to pick my top two, it would be the outside space and the location. The apartment is just a few blocks from the metro making it incredibly easy to get around Barcelona while staying in a quiet, residential neighborhood. In addition, it is within walking distance (maybe 15 - 20 minutes) to La Sagrada Familia and a fairly strenuous 15 minute up-hill walk to Parc Guell (there is also a free bus if you purchase tickets online in advance). The deck is the best place to sit back, relax and enjoy the Barcelona weather. I think the most distinguishing aspect of our stay here was Xavi's hospitality. He helped us set up taxi rides to and from the airport. He has maps marked with stores & restaurants in the neighborhood and he was always willing to help. Xavi really went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay possible in Barcelona.

This apartment is just lovely. The decor and the facilities are homely and well thought through. Everything you need is there - whether its for going to the beach, if it's raining or if you just want a night in, cooking on your own. Xavi was a great host and had some truly inspiring suggestions for local dining in Grácia - and we were NOT dissapointed! Quick to respond and very friendly the commucation was flawless. If you want to feel at home in Grácia - I would strobgly recommend this place! Oh - and the big terrace and the outdoor sleeping arrangement, was such a joy as well.

Xavi and Luna have the most amazing loft and photos almost don't do this space the justice as it deserves. We are so glad we chose this home to stay in and prepare for our Barcelona wedding. There was more than enough space here for a hair and makeup team and hosting friends for dinner. I was easily able to get ready and navigate the space and stairs in a wedding dress. Gorgeous and made for wonderful photos while getting ready. With the most charming terrace it is the perfect space for enjoying the perfect weather of Barcelona and the quiet of the neighborhood. Private but spacious, intimate, and modern. The entire loft carries this feel. Wide sliding doors join the terrace with a large seating area and kitchen. With the front terrace door open in the main bedroom fresh air flows through the whole space. There are beautiful exposed beams and hardwood throughout the space making the modern amenities feel like a classic home. There are a multitude of amenities to make travel easy like lots of outlets, air conditioning, laundry, dishwasher, wifi, and more ! A huge shower, closet, and bathroom! The main bedroom was so quiet even being towards the front of the building and along the road; air conditioned and comfortable. The location couldn't have been better. Easy walks to main attractions like Sagrada Familia and Parc Guell that allowed us to take our time and really feel Barcelona. It's also a very quick walk to the Metro and if need be, easy to hail a taxi. Xavi was so accommodating and his recommendations were invaluable. His love for this neighborhood is contagious and I'd highly recommend anyone who stay here take the time to appreciate Gracia, it's history, culture, and many plazas. Xavi went above and beyond. We were welcomed with a lovely bottle of wine, greeted at the door, assisted with bags, and he even had a car service arranged to pick us up from the airport! We had the entire building to ourselves when the kind women downstairs were not working in their seamstress shops. Less than 500m away, it was a great feeling knowing Xavi was there if we needed him. This is a place we know we will stay again and treat as our home whenever visiting Barcelona. It will always be remembered as part of making our wedding so perfect.

Xavi was there to greet us when we arrived and gave us an overview of the area. The apartment was very clean and had a lot of quirky features that we really enjoyed. It is a beautiful and comfortable getaway in the middle of a very cozy neighborhood that is within walking distance to many of the most desirable sights in Barcelona. This really was an amazing Airbnb with great hosts! A quick note for accessibility: the staircase in the building to access the apartment is extremely narrow, which might be something to consider if you are of a larger build.

Xavi’s place is awesome and in a great location. More quite than the city center, but plenty of great restaurants and bars. Also walkable to all the main attractions that the city has to offer. More importantly though, Xavi goes over and above with making you feel at home and is willing to help in anyway he can. Would highly recommend.
